Abortion Birth Control Well Woman Gynecological Care "Take Charge"
What happens during a Well Woman Exam? When should I have a Well Woman Exam? Further Resources

It is recommended you have your first gynecological exam by the time you are 18, or earlier if you have menstrual problems, unusual vaginal discharge, or are sexually active. Early detection is the key to successfully treating breast and cervical cancer. After the first exam, we recommend annual exams even if you feel well or are abstaining from sexual intercourse. Schedule your exam for 1-2 weeks after your period.

How much does a Well Woman exam cost?
The fees we charge are based on a sliding scale depending upon your income. We accept cash,  money order, Visa, MasterCard, and most insurance plans including DSHS medical coupons.

If you are getting free birth control under Take Charge, you might also be able to get an annual exam if you have symptoms that concern you..
